  incident from air on the flat quarter-wavelength bilayer stack.

 Structure, top to bottom:
    layer1   n=1.0
    layer2   lambda/(4*1.5), n=1.5
    layer3   lambda/(4*2.0), n=2.0
    layer4   n=1.5
  distance from layer2 top to R plane=100nm
  distance from layer3 bottom to T plane=130nm
  Lx,y=3232nm = 12.12*lambda/1.5

  S000.DAT - input beam distribution computed with DIFFRACT COMMAND.DAT
 
Output files:
  fdtd.bilayer.r - computed reflected field distribution in xy-plane

The S000-v8.3.DAT file is created with Diffract version 8.3 and is
for incidence medium n=1.5 and wavelength lambda=650nm.
